Adding Value to Your Business at Every Step

From the moment you contact us to discuss your testing requirements, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will provide you with a clear and transparent quotation with no hidden charges, together with a realistic timeline for both testing and certification. Once you have agreed the quote and signed the contract, your project manager will assume overall responsibility for the project and will schedule the acoustic, smoke and fire tests for your product keeping you updated with its progress.

We can also arrange installation of your sample once it arrives at our laboratory, reducing the need for you and your team to travel and saving you expensive travel costs. With our remote witnessing facility, you will also be able to watch your test live and ask questions of the engineer undertaking your test.

Once your product has completed the testing process your project manager can provide you a draft report within seven working days of the test completion date.
