Carol Pinder is a Product Assessor at Warringtonfire, specialising in passive fire protection products, fire resistance testing, product assessment and certification. With more than 25 years of experience in the coatings and fire protection industry, she supports manufacturers in demonstrating compliance and verifying product performance against industry standards.

Experience

Prior to joining Warringtonfire, Carol held senior technical and leadership positions at Sherwin-Williams, AkzoNobel and Ciba Specialty Chemicals. Her experience spans intumescent coatings, fire protection technologies, product development, third-party approvals and certification. 

Carol is actively involved in industry standards development through her participation in BSI and CEN committees focused on fire resistance testing and structural fire safety.
