Our experts work with specifiers, regulators, enforcement authorities and leading industry organisations, such as the Association of Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) and London Underground Ltd (LUL), to help set the benchmark for fire protection, safety, and security.

Since the privatisation of PSB in April 2006, the accreditation scheme of Fire Safety Products has been managed by Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) and the certification body. Currently there are 42 types of fire safety products that are regulated under the SCDF’s Fire Safety Guidelines. Supported by Warringtonfire and BM TRADA, Element Singapore and Malaysia is currently in the process of becoming the certification body for Fire Safety Products. We also offer Fire-rated door certifications through our Jalan Boon Lay office in Singapore, to include:SS 332 Clause 4 or EN 1634-1, BS 476-22, BS 6206 / AS 2208 / EN 12600, AS 1530-4.
