Non-Fire Testing Services

Testing is vital in developing products and bringing them to market. It ensures your product is safe, legal and fit for purpose. Warringtonfire undertakes many different types of testing, either from its own laboratories or from our Element sites.

Warringtonfire is proud to offer cold smoke leakage and acoustic testing, as well as a full range of fire resistance and reaction to fire testing services.

At Element’s Wednesbury laboratory, our engineers can test to a wide range of recognised test requirements and work with you to develop bespoke testing and research programmes for new or innovative products on all door, window, and hardware products.

Testing is essential to almost any product manufacturer. It can be used to help meet requirements of UKCA/CE marking, third-party certification schemes such as Q-Mark and Certisecure, or to satisfy legal regulations and contract specifications. Moreover, the right testing programme can differentiate your product from the competition.

Warringtonfire, together with BM TRADA and Element, offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of independent, UKAS-accredited testing services available for construction products to British and European standards. Our testing is also recognised for Secured by Design, third-party certification and UKCA/CE marking of products.
