Seán Flannagan

Seán Flannagan is a Product Assessor at Warringtonfire, specialising in passive fire protection, fire testing and certification of construction products. He supports manufacturers with product assessments and certification programmes, helping demonstrate performance against recognised industry standards. 

Experience

With a background in materials science and mechanical engineering, Seán has experience across aerospace, composites, nuclear and fire testing industries. Prior to joining Warringtonfire, he spent eight years at UL, where he specialised in the testing and certification of intumescent coatings for structural steel applications in the US market.

His technical expertise in fire performance testing and product certification enables him to support customers throughout the assessment and approval process.
