London, UK – October 31, 2019 – Warringtonfire presents testing capabilities at Australian Bushfire Building Conference
Warringtonfire, the leading fire testing, assessment, engineering and certification services provider, recently showcased its capabilities at the Australian Bushfire Building Conference in Leura, New South Wales.
Warringtonfire, which was the Conference Testing Partner for 2019, provides fire testing services for the construction sector. In 2018, Warringtonfire’s Australian laboratory became the first to be NATA-accredited to perform bushfire testing to AS 1530.8.1 and AS 1530.8.2.
During the conference, Patrick Motteram, Technical Specialist at Warringtonfire, made a presentation on the changes to these standards and how customers can maintain compliance.
The Australian Bushfire Building Conference is an annual event for industry professionals who have a focus on building in bushfire-prone areas. It brings together builders, architects, designers, landscapers, bushfire consultants, certifiers, planners, researchers, regulators and insurers with a range of sessions, workshops, field trips and social events to help Australia build a better, stronger and more resilient community.
